*In order to receive the reduced fee, students must submit a letter of support from their academic supervisor, confirming their student status. The term student applies to all students (undergraduate, master and PhD).

The registration fee for participants and students (SEH member and non-member) includes the following services:

  • Unlimited access to all sessions, the poster and the commercial exhibition
  • Welcome reception
  • Coffee, tea and soft drinks during coffee breaks
  • Printed copy of the abstract book (pdf version will also be available)
  • Printed copy of the final program (pdf version will also be available)
  • Conference bag and badge
  • Free entrance to the Budapest Zoo and Botanical Garden
  • Free entrance to Hungarian Natural History Museum’s exhibitions

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes the following services:

  • Access to the commercial exhibition
  • Welcome reception
  • Free entrance to the Budapest Zoo and Botanical Garden
  • Free entrance to Hungarian Natural History Museum’s exhibitions

 Information for exhibitors:

All members of the staff should register for the congress. The ground space price includes one complimentary registration. Further two representatives of the exhibiting company may register using the discounted exhibitors? fee. For the exhibition staff above three, the NON SEH member registration fee will apply.

Lunches:

Please note, that lunches are not included in the registration fee. However, we offer you lunches on 23, 24, 25 and 26 August, at the venue of the Congress, for a reasonable price (12 EURO).

Limited number of lunch tickets will be available to purchase on site.

We recommend you to order lunches in advance, as restaurants, cash bars, food stores are to be found in limited number in the close vicinity of the university.

The buffee lunch includes: Warm dishes (soups and main courses), salads, desserts, mineral water, soft drinks and coffee.

Congress T-shirt

Order your Congress T-shirt in advance for 15 EURO, the price on site will be much higher: 25 EURO.

Registration

You may register:

1) using the registration form. You can send the filled registration form as an e-mail attachment, you can fax it or you can send it by priority or regular mail.

2) On-line.

Confirmation of Registration

Having received your registration the Congress Secretariat will issue a pro-forma invoice. You are kindly requested to check the items on the document carefully. If necessary, make changes and amendments on the pro-forma invoice and fax it to + 36 28 419 647 or send an e-mail to office@altagra.hu. A revised pro-forma invoice will be issued.

Payment must be remitted in Euro, free from all bank charges!

Confirmation of your registration, tax invoice

After the payment has been credited to the account of Altagra Business Services, a registration confirmation letter will be sent to you. After the congress an official tax-invoice will be issued.

Cancellation policy

The same cancellation policy will be applied for the registration fees, the accommodation costs, and additional services and items ordered together with your registration.

Cancellations must be sent to the Congress Secretariat in writing by the dates specified:

Cancellation received before 1st June, 2013 70 % refund
Cancellation received between 1st June and 31 July…. 50 % refund
Cancellation on 1 August and later no refund

Refunds will be made after the Congress by bank transfer. All bank charges are to be paid by the receiver.
